An adorable retro mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, and a microwave mean that you can prep a quick bite while you get some work done. The star of the suite is the bathroom with its custom tile work designed by the owner of the property. It is the perfect size for one or two people. Guest Access Guest have access to a private guest suite with its own entrance. There is dedicated off street parking. There is a guest entrance to the building that is shared with another guest unit. Both units have individual locks and codes. This listing does not include access to the main house. There is a shared washer/dryer in the workshop below this unit. It is available weekly for long term guests. Other details to note: Since this building is also a private home in a somewhat isolated area, there are security cameras on all exterior entrances. No cameras inside. Neighborhood Description This part of Tallahassee has it ALL! The beautiful trees we are known for and a developing shopping and entertainment area. There are walking trails and parks as well as grocery stores and restaurants w/in a few minutes drive. Getting Around This is an area with pretty walking paths, but not a place where you can walk to shops and restaurants.
