Rent is $1,450 per month, and a $1,450 deposit is required. Applications are $40 per person, unless you apply via Zillow, and then it is free! No pet rent or deposit for your first two pets; they are free! Additional pets are $25 per pet / per month. Good credit and rental history are a must! Tenant pays for water and electric. Trash Service is a public utility. Lawncare is included!
