Tenant is looking for a roommate through the end of the current lease (July 28th, 2024). Park St. Apartments are located downtown near Appalachian State University's campus, restaurants, & shopping. This single floor unit has LVP flooring throughout the entire apartment (including the bedrooms), updated bathroom, kitchen cabinets and appliances. There is a large yard at this complex for walking pets. Rent is $665 PER PERSON. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants but we do not provide visitor parking. Online rent payments and lease would be through July 28th, 2024. Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee.
