Each day after the fifth day of the month shall add $5 per day. -Lessee is responsible for any and all damage sustained in the building due to toilet, shower or sink overflowing. Lessee will take special care in not allowing water to sit or fall upon the floor, as severe damage may result. -Lessee agrees to park only in designated assigned space, and if found in any other space, will pay all towing charges and fines as may be applicable to remove said vehicle. -Notification of Cox Cable, Verizon or other utilities that may cable the building to be provided to Lessor prior to work being done. -No smoking will be permitted inside the house. Lessees will be subject to charges, damages, and eviction provisions of this lease if this provision is violated. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the house at anytime during the lease, the deposit will be forfeited. Butts are to be put in proper containers.
