Lease can be further extended from the property manager. - Monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. - 775 sq. ft. double story unit of a quadplex. - Laminate flooring ( upstairs/downstairs). - Bedroom (with two closets) and Bathroom are upstairs. - Kitchen and Living Room are downstairs. - Kitchen is equipped with oven range, dishwasher and refrigerator. - In unit washer and dryer hookups. I'm willing to sell my current washer and dryer. - Central HVAC. - Gas powered water heater. - Trash, parking, and pest control are included. - There is a back patio. This is a sublease from January 1st 2024 to April 30th 2024. Security Deposit included in lease. The lease can be further extended by the tenant from the property management. ALL UTILITIES are through KUB (Knox Utility Board). This includes Electric, Gas, Water, and Waste Water. We have dumpsters and a recycle area on site. Internet and Cable are not included in the lease and will have to arranged for by the tenant.
