The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, dishwasher, and a wine fridge. The luxury bathroom includes a dual rain can shower, jetted soaker tub, heated floors, and dual vanity with backlit mirror. The unit has a washer and dryer in unit as well. There are barstools, a kitchen table, and a card table on the lower level for some late-night games! There is a 75" TV for catching a game, while there is a smaller TV mounted to the wall next to the bunk beds for the kids! Harbor View Studio Apartment is located within the Econo Lodge Lakeview 5 minutes for downtown Marquette and right across the street from the bike path that will bring you all the way to Presque Isle. You are in charge of paying your monthly rent that is due at the beginning of the month. Rent is a flat rate, the only thing that would change that is if you had a dog. There is no smoking in the unit, and a fee will be charged if needed.
