Quiet neighborhood with large trees and beautiful gardens. Tennis and pickleball courts across the street. Galbraith Mountain, a world-famous biking trail is very close by. A dog park is at the other end of the lake. WTA bus system is also nearby. All utilities are included including high speed internet, cable TV and Wi-Fi. No smoking is allowed. A small dog or a cat is allowed. This unit is designed for a single person. The unit is rented for a 90-day period and then month to month thereafter. There is a refundable pet fee of $300 and a one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $75. References are appreciated but not demanded.
