This freshly painted studio is a beautiful living space attached to our home, above a shop in the backyard. It is actually fairly private, with separate parking, a lockable entrance, with a shared yard. It is located in-between & close to WWU & Fairhaven. The studio is very nice, and a little funky; open and bright with skylights and vaulted ceilings, windows, a view, and lots of wood trim; a full bath with tile; a small kitchenette with a 2 burner gas range, microwave, small oven, half fridge, with additional fridge downstairs; a washer and dryer; gas heat and water; wood floors, tile and granite; and a small deck with a view. Partially furnished, it is 600 sq ft plus an additional sleeping loft. The entrance is through our shop downstairs, but secure and lockable. The shop is used regularly, but is generally pretty quiet. My wife and I live in the front house. We're hoping for a mature, stable, responsible tenant to share this wonderful neighborhood with! Absolutely no tobacco smoking. No parties please. Cats will be considered. Dedicated parking space for 1 vehicle. Absolutely no tobacco smoking on-site. The first lease will just be through August 31st. $1200 security deposit.
