This unit is in an up-and-coming residential neighborhood that is comprised of mostly single family homes. 2 Bedroom/1 full Bath, Kitchen, Living room/Dining room. It is furnished, but we are willing to remove the furniture for a 1-year lease. One parking spot in the carport and one uncovered spot in front of the garage. Maximum occupancy 4 persons. Previously a 5-star Airbnb. $100 pet fee with owner pet approval (we'll need to meet your dog prior to approval as our homeowners policy doesn't allow for certain breeds).
