Walk into this main floor unit to the living room. Off the living room is a hallway which will lead you to the back of the unit. On the way back you will find the 2 bedrooms. All the way to the rear is the kitchen will full bath off and dining room. There is a shared are in the back with washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for all utilities - electric and water/sewer. Applications fee of $25 per person over the age of 18. Applications must be summitted and approved prior to in person showings. Qualifications for unit is 3 times rent in take home income, pass background, and credit check, rental history, and must be able to obtain utilities in your name prior to move in.
