Internet/Utilities Residents may enjoy our complimentary high-speed internet wired to each individual unit. Service is provided through Consolidated Communications. Water, sewer, and garbage are also included in the rent. Access Control Secure building entry. Your safety is our priority. Our building is perpetually locked to ensure no unwanted visitors can make their way inside. Residents need only to swipe their access card to unlock the door. Parking Garage All buildings feature underground gated parking included in the rent. Patricia Place West and Centre have assigned parking spaces, The Original building and the North building are first come first served. Appliances: All units come equipped with energy-efficient appliances including; a range, refrigerator, micro hood, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Each unit has a mini split system. Ductless cooling and heating systems are energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and completely customizable. They allow residents the ability to cool and heat specific zones of their home to the exact temperature they desire, providing consistent and exceptional year-round comfort. We do ask for income to rent ratio to be no more than 40%, if an applicant has no credit history or very poor credit, we do require a cosigner. Right now, we are hosting "open house" tours, call or email to schedule that. If that clears, then a deposit of $800 is required to ensure the apartment is reserved. After income verification, I will send over a lease via DocuSign. We allow pets, there is a pet fee of $350, nonrefundable, and then $15 a month. The rental price includes Water, Sewer, Garbage, and WIFI internet. We do have unreserved, secured underground parking.
