I pay the water, sewer and trash. Your only utility bill will be the electricl. Walk to the public beach less than 1/2 block away (see picture). You will be within two SHORT blocks of the main intersection of town (Colonial Ave and Washington). Pets would be on a case-by-case basis. I am looking for someone that is quiet, respectful of the neighbors, easy to get along with, pays the rent on time or before its due, is a smoke free apartment, has good credit, and takes good care of the property.
