A very quiet part of town. We own the majority of the street, which is a wooded mountain. We are looking for quiet tenants who appreciate the peace and tranquility that this apartment offers. We are looking for people who can handle walking up a lot of stairs in all types of weather. We are offering this apartment far below market value due to the numerous stairs. Tons of storage. This is in a very quiet part of town. Entrance to the apartment is private but you must be able to walk up two flights of stairs. Apartment backs up to the mountain, very quiet and very private. Apartment is heated with electric baseboard heat. Being on the second and third floor heating costs are reasonable. Washer and dryer hook up in the apartment. No dogs. One month's rent plus one month's security to move in $1050 + $1050 = $2100 There is no application fee but there will be a credit check done at no cost to you.
