First month's rent and $900 security deposit are required at the start of the lease. Minimum rental period is 30 days. Utilities and wifi (1-GB) are included. A parking space is allotted for the guest in the rear parking lot. House Rules 1. Immediate Termination of lease and loss of security deposit will result from disruptive parties or events held at the space. 2.No excessively loud noise during quiet hours between 10 PM 8 AM. 4.No pets allowed. The host is happy to accommodate the guest and their service animal. A $250 will be charged if a pet is allowed on the property. Per terms of service, the service animal may not be left alone on the property, unaccompanied at any time. If they are left alone, a pet damage fee of $250 may be charged or you may be asked to leave. 5.No smoking allowed. A charge of $500 for Ozone Treatment will apply if not respected. 6.You can not book for someone else. If you booked the stay you must be a guest. 7.No unregistered guests are allowed. All guests must provide names and contact details. A charge of $50 per undeclared guest will apply if not respected. The maximum for the total amount of overnight guests is 4 people. 8. We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler and renters insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms. 9. Guest shall allow property owner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection, or emergency. Property owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least 24 hours notice (unless in case of emergency). An inspection/cleaning will take place every 30 days after check in.
