The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line brand new energy star appliances, granite countertops, beautiful dark espresso cabinets, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of shelving to help keep you organized! 1 assigned parking spot per unit, guests and overflow vehicles use uncovered parking spots. There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant responsible for power and pays a $60 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent. All HomeRiver Group residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95 month which includes a convenient option for renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! More details will be provided upon application. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date. Pet policy: There is a 2 pet max up to 40 lbs each. Pets will be approved on a case by case basis and a pet screening will be completed prior to move in, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $40 mo/rent.
