The townhouse has two units. The rental unit is located upstairs. No shared space except for front porch and back yard. The house is furnished can accommodate up to 4 people: Bedrooms 1: 1 queen size bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed with hallway bathroom Office Room 1 Living Room with TV Kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher included) Washer and Dryer included in unit Back porch Fenced in backyard available Internet/cable The house is Fully Furnished as seen in photos. Renters must be respectful of space. Minimum stay is 1 month. The house has been remodeled throughout the years but maintains its original historic details and structures. This is a great location walking distance to nearby restaurants/bars, parks including Chimborazo and Libby Hill, and a 10-15 minute Uber ride to the Richmond International Airport. Short bike or bus ride from VCU Health hospital. Month to month rent with a minimum stay of three weeks. Renter not responsible for bills/utilities. Maximum accommodation are 5 guests. Pets allowed in accordance with homeowner's insurance policy
