Applicants who qualify for rental assistance makes their rent income based. Litchfield Apartments is a RD - LIHTC property where income needs to be below a certain threshold in order to qualify for our rental rates, those numbers are as follows: 1 Person= $30,060, 2 People= $34,320, 3 People = $38,640, 4 People= $42,900 TDD 7-1-1. Must meet the manager for a paper application. Online applications are NOT accepted. Application fee is $10 payable by a money order. All adults must apply.
