It is a downstairs, one-story unit with an open concept kitchen and living area with fire place, two (2) bedrooms, and one (1) bathroom (shower). The laundry area, with a separate washer and dryer provided by the owner, is co-located with the bathroom. The unit has both front and back private patios and has attic space for additional storage. Cottage is unfurnished. Owner pays for exterior and grounds maintenance, trash, and pest control. The cost of water will be added as a fixed monthly amount, and is based upon historical usage for the unit. Tenant pays all other utilities separately. Pets negotiable.
