As per the current tenant's estimates, you should plan on average monthly gas and electric charges of about $50/month for both gas and electricity. Your rate may vary based on personal habits, weather, and utility rates. The apartment occupies the third floor of a well-divided four-unit house that sits on a street of almost all owner-occupied homes. The owner of this rental property lives next door. The house itself sits about 1.5 miles from the Michigan Union and is about 100 or so yards from the #5 bus-stop right in front of Fraser's Pub. The backyard features a table, chairs, charcoal-grill, and a "bicycle garage" for those who want locked weather-tight protection for their bike.
