Vendue Place includes a stack washer/dryer located nearby to the master bedroom, and 1-off street parking spot in a secure, gated main level garage which is accessed by the direct elevator. Residents of Vendue Place enjoy access to a rooftop deck for entertaining, main lobby attendant and package delivery concierge service. Minimum 90 Day Lease required. Utilities are included. Additional fees and taxes apply when finalizing booking. $50 an hour Early Check-in Fee, $25/hour late check out fee. Please note that the HOA has begun exterior remodeling and resurfacing and this is expected to last through the end of 2024.
