There is no dedicated parking area for this suite, renter will have to use street parking. There will be a $150 cleaning/move out fee. Scheduled cleanings available for an additional fee. Anything broken or damaged may result in additional fees at the owners discretion. Unit sleeps a max of 4 people, 2 comfortably. Only 4 max allowed to stay here. There are to be no events or parties on the premises.
