It is in walking distance from Walmart, Kroger, TJ Maxx, Applebee's, Kickback Jacks, Texas Roadhouse, Khol's, and more. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one-half bath in the master bedroom. There is laminate flooring throughout and updated vanities in both bathrooms. There is a patio, a large back yard, and a small storage shed available. The furniture does not come with the apartment. Please do not bother current tenants! Tenant pays all utilities, internet, water, and maintains the lawn. Special lease terms can apply if you qualify for them.
