Situated at Lakewood's notorious 'West End' is one of the last apartment complexes of its kind. This area is infamous for both its environmental majesty and its trendy attractions. This is the largest cultural arts center in northeast Ohio and showcases concerts, shows, theater, special events, and more within walking distance from your home.
