Available mid March Month to month just to make sure it is a good fit for all. Video or in person meet up, required. Not suitable for under 18. Preference given to people that like a quiet space. No overnight guests without prior approval. Even though there are no shared spaces, this is still our family home and a friendly neighborhood. Outdoor Security cameras in operation/none inside apartment. No smoking inside or on front porch (only by firepit). Tenant should maintain a clean/tidy home.
