My wife and I are quiet neighbors but here to help with any amenities that you may need in addition to this fully furnished space. All utilities included except high speed internet. This is a non smoking property. Security deposit due at signing. No pets. One off street parking spot in the winter during the parking ban, during the rest of the year renter has street parking. 3 month minimum term much preferred.
