This private home comfortably fits 2. It features a new bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need if you choose to cook, as well as coffee, sugar, creamer, water, and sometimes there will be snacks for you to enjoy to get you started. Newly painted inside, private fenced small yard. 2 free small parking spaces next to home and free parking on street. We are fixing up the small yard to include BBQ grill and homemade outside wood furniture, to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, while you watch the sun set or rise. The TV is mounted on the wall and we have lightning-fast internet and local channels. There is an inflatable queen mattress perfect for children or an extra guest, antique desk for laptop use, in the bedroom for privacy. You will find an extra chair against the wall for the desk. Closet is perfect for hanging clothes as well as access to an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, to get you started. I have also provided a luggage rack in the bedroom to place your luggage. If you need a pack & play portable crib, infant baby bath, and changing mat for an infant I have these too by request no charge. For transportation the area has the BYRD scooter, Lift, Uber, Taxi and bus service or if you enjoy walking this home is close to everything you'll need for your stay. I also have a huffy bike for a small rental fee. Only 7 minutes away from the Reno/Tahoe airport, our newly renovated home is located in a nice, safe area and is the perfect place to call home during your stay as you explore all that Reno has to offer.
