A furnished, newly renovated condo-studio ideal for a person on the go. The unit is located within walking distance of both the Maplewood and South Orange, NJ train stations and downtown areas, as well as restaurants, local shops and other conveniences including a major grocery store and CVS. The building's common areas are clean and feature surveillance cameras on every level. Washer and Dryer units are located on every level within the building however a full-service laundromat is located approximately a quarter mile away. The building offers access to off-street parking, an inground pool, during the summer months and a gym. The building is a non-smoking environment, both within the unit and on the grounds. An Information Packet will be provided to the renter that contains the rules that are strictly enforced by the association. Any fines incurred will be passed on to the renter. The unit is simple, clean, and comfortable. Unit 2D is located on the second level of an 8-story condominium that has both front and rear entrances. The living area includes a TV, WiFi, eating area, a couch dresser and a bed. It should be noted that the bathroom has been renovated and includes a stand in shower only, no tub. Heat, water, WiFi, wall-mounted AC, water and parking are included in the monthly rent. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, air fryer, toaster oven and a mini bullet. The bathroom and kitchen have cleaning supplies however, the items are not restocked and must be provided by the renter. Similarly, new sheets and a pillow are provided the queen-sized bed, but the renter must provide a quality mattress cover, topper (optional) and comforter. Care is taken to protect the bed, chairs and other surfaces. A cleaning crew is used to refresh and sanitize the unit between rentals. The unit is being rented as furnished because it serves as my Jersey residence during certain months of the year. I am looking for someone who treats the unit as well as I would. No smoking and no pets allowed. Also, renters must comply with established lease terms and the HOA established rules. Both documents will be shared with the renter.
