2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment centrally located off the Bil Roberts Golf Course. Rental has newer flooring and kitchen cabinets, washer/dryer hookups, and a private balcony. Units feature an open floor plan and gas fire places that may be used to heat the unit. Each apartments comes with a single spot in the carport for covered access to their rental. Heat type: Electric Baseboard and Gas Fireplace Utilities & Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant pays Electric, Gas, cable/internet of their choice, $30 monthly Admin Fee, required renters insurance.
