Owner pays for Sewer and Trash collection. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and for maintaining property premises. This includes cutting the grass and removing snow during the winter months. There is a no smoking policy inside of the house, failure to comply will result it termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit. No pets are permitted, except for service animals.
