Please don't ask. Rent is $1695 per month. Security deposit is one month's rent. IE, $1695. Utilities covered are Water, Sewer, Lawncare, Snow Removal, and Trash. Utilities not covered by rent are: Gas, Electricity, and Internet. The parking lot and street-side sidewalks are taken care of as well. You have two options for applying. One is to send in a Zillow digital application. The other is to come to a showing and pick up our paper applications.
