Fully furnished, all utilities included. Available early December through early-to-mid January (dates flexible). The condo is 950 square foot with 2-bedrooms and many creature comforts: a California King bed, high ceilings, a big, comfy couch, central A/C, a Nest device, Apple TV, a 65-inch TCL Smart TV, a balcony, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a monitor, an electric standing desk, and a parking space right outside of apartment.
