This is a spacious, 2nd floor apartment in a terrific, quiet downtown neighborhood, a 10 minute walk to Central Square. The living room, dining area, office space and kitchen are a mostly open space area, with a kitchen island that will seat 4 people. We are in the process of completely renovating the space including all new stainless steel appliances, refinished pine floors, and fresh paint throughout the apartment. There is parking for 2 vehicles, loads of storage, and a large yard that can be shared with the downstairs apartment. You are more than welcome to contact us with information about yourself but the apartment cannot be shown until the weekend of November 17-18. It is available December 2nd (floor finishing will not be done until December 1st). We start with a month to month lease in case you decide it is not the right place for you! We pay water/sewer, garbage, snow plowing and lawn care. You are responsible for electric, cable if desired, and heat/hot water (oil). There is no smoking in either apartment and no pets. There is parking for only 2 cars, street parking during the day and overnight only between May and October.
