Housing subsidies accepted This apartment has overhead lights in every room with LED recessed lights in the kitchen and living room. Entry into the house and apartment is with keypad door locks (no more lost keys). Parking is via your OWN dedicated driveway (no sharing with neighbors). Laundry hookups are in-unit (bring your own washer/dryer). Our process is to have a quick phone call, tour and then take applications. Renters pay for gas (hot water and range) and electric heat. To move in: * $29 Application fee (includes credit check & background check) per adult * One months security deposit (the equivalent of 1 month of rent) * Prior rental reference * Employment and income verification * Eviction history is possible grounds for denial * If pets are accepted, rent will increase by $50 per pet (maximum 2)
