Tenant pays for electric and pro-rated for water, sewer, and trash. Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - Prohibited Dog Breeds: NO AKITAS, CHOW CHOWS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, HUSKIES, MALAMUTES, PIT BULLS, PRESA CANARIOS, ROTTWEILERS, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS, OR WOLF HYBRIDS.
