Formerly known as Jasper, we are currently in the process of expanding our community! This 240-home expansion, Dovetail, will bring Jasper residents additional resort-style amenities including a new elegantly styled clubhouse, convenient co-working space, and golf simulator. When it's time for some rest and relaxation, unwind in our luxurious resort-style pool, hot tubs, and cabanas, or sit next to the fire pit on our expansive pool deck. If fitness is important to you, you will be glad to know that we will have a state-of-the-art fitness center, infrared saunas, and convenient locker rooms. We will also have a volleyball court! All these amenities are in addition to what the community already has to offer residential clubhouse, 24-fitness center, conference room, 3 coworking spaces, pool, hot tub, and sports court. This expansion and rebranding will grow our community to house a total of 480 luxury homes. The two building types are being differentiated as our Classic units (formerly Jasper) and our Signature units (all new construction). Regardless of which building type you choose to rent; the full community and all its amenities are available to you! Construction is now complete, and as a result, additional community amenities such as our tot lot, bark park, community garden and posh pet spa are now also accessible.
