Please have all guests park on the street. The unit includes hot water and tenant pays for electricity and gas (stove). This one-bedroom unit offers plenty of clsoet space. The bedroom has a double door closet with a double closet rod and plenty of shelvings. This unit has access to the front porch (that can be seated up to 4 people) for those perfect nights to come outside and sit and relax. If you are looking for an evening night out, The Warner Theatre and restaurants are minutes away. Small dogs up to 20lb. Minimum 1 cat allowed. Monthly pet fee non returnable. All pets need to have updated vet report and registered with the city. Owner can dismiss a certain breed, case b case. No smoking, vaping or any sorts in the unit.
