We have a large two bedroom apartment for $1,695.00 per month including heat, hot water and parking. The living room is very large and the kitchen includes both a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal. This townhouse style (2 level) apartment is roughly 1200 sq ft with a large main floor living room. To qualify on your own, you must: - Gross 3x the rent amount in income per month - Have good established credit (670 or better) - Have current landlord history - At least 1 year of employment with your current employer If any of the above-mentioned requirements are affected, a co-signer will be required.
