This apartment is equipped with full kitchen, living room, bathroom with a stand-up shower and 1 bedroom with large closet space The rent is $950/month Utilities included: Water/Sewer and Lawn and Snow Care Utilities not included: Electricity/ gas and any cable or internet. Amenities: Private Entry, Off Street Parking, Close to St Olaf College and Northfield Hospitals. Pet Policy: 1 Cat or 1 Small Dog Allowed in the home. The animal will be required to be fully vaccinated, and a copy of vaccinations are to be provided to management before the animal may live in the home. The animal will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $250 along with is a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month added to the monthly rent. This apartment would be available for December 1st.
