This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo puts you close to everything. Whether taking in a sunset overlooking the harbor or just relaxing, this condo has 2 private decks for your relaxing or entertaining pleasure. INSIDE: On the first floor, you will find a common space featuring beach towels, perfect for a long day at the beach, a laundry room with washer and dryer and garage. One the second floor you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, eat-in bar and dining area. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV and cable. Relax on the spacious second story patio right off the dining area that features a patio set and grill, perfect for that summer cookout! On the third floor, you will find a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and access to the upper-level patio. Also on the third floor is the guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom. Additional Amenities: Cable, Blue Ray player in the living room, wifi, and air conditioning. This condo sleeps 6. Bed and bath linens are provided. Additionally, the Grand Haven farmers market is very close by along with everything else Grand Haven has to offer. We can only lease this property until May 24th.
