The property also features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with a private washer and dryer perfect for washing your beach towels from a long day in the sun. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other. The separate dining area connects to the large, fully equipped kitchen that includes a raised breakfast bar, island with prep sink, sufficient counter/prep space, and all appliances. OUTDOOR SPACE: The private balcony is located just off of the living room and offers great views of Washington Street, the channel, or just a great place to relax. In addition to the private balcony, there is shared access to the rooftop deck and entertaining space with breathtaking views of the waterfront and downtown area. You can also relax in one of the many lounge chairs while taking in the views of the channel, musical fountain, fireworks, sunset, or just watching boats pass. Parking: Parking is available with a pass from the City of Grand Haven in the parking lot located right behind the condo; the kiosk to purchase the City Pass for overnight parking is located on the corner of 1st and Franklin.
