This is a two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment located close to the business district and the Bloomsburg UPMC campus. There is a small set of steps to get up the front porch of the apartment, but once you are there you will find a space ample enough for a few chairs to enjoy your outdoor space. Inside you have a small galley kitchen that is open to the main living space where you can easily set up a comfortable living and eating space for yourself. Take note of the built-ins just outside of the full bathroom that will be perfect to house your toiletries. Upstairs there is a small space between the bedrooms that you could outfit with some club chairs to create a cozy sitting space. Each bedroom is equal in size and will fit a queen bed and dresser. There are no laundry connections in the apartment, but there is coin-operated laundry in the basement for all residents of the building to use so you do not even need to leave the property! All utilities are included in the cost of the rent. Sorry, no section 8. Bloomsburg area School District. Pet friendly! One Dog under 50 pounds. Pets that exceed this limit will not be approved. 5 paws: $35.00/month, 4 paws: $40.00/month, 3 paws: $50.00 per month.
