Here is a 2BR (technically 3BR but one has been converted to a large walk-in closet), 3 story apartment for rent in calm neighborhood with predominately owner occupied homes and no through streets. Minutes away from downtown, US-131, and I-196, the location is super convenient. The main floor consists of the foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Just inside the front door is an entry way (tiny foyer?) for storing coats and boots before proceeding through a second door leading into the LR. This also provides a nice airlock in the winter months adding to the efficiency of this unit. The LR has finished wood floors and a ceiling fan and flows into the DR with chandelier and hardwood as well. Structure is insulated, windows have storms, and modern furnace is in good shape so utilities are reasonable. The previous tenants stayed for 3+ years, which is generally the case with this unit. This unit became vacant and ready on December 1 and is ready for occupancy. Application fee is $20 and credit check is $28.50. A six month lease is required after which time, a year lease will be required to stay. Independent landlord, not a management company.
