Here is a 2BR (technically 3BR but one has been converted to a large walk-in closet), 3 story apartment for rent in calm neighborhood with predominately owner occupied homes and no through streets. Minutes away from downtown, US-131, and I-196, the location is super convenient. The main floor consists of the foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Just inside the front door is an entry way (tiny foyer?) for storing coats and boots before proceeding through a second door leading into the LR. This also provides a nice airlock in the winter months adding to the efficiency of this unit. The LR has finished wood floors and a ceiling fan and flows into the DR with chandelier and hardwood as well. Proceeding through the DR leads to the kitchen which has been completely updated in recent years and includes DW, disposal, fridge w/ icemaker, modern stove, wall mount exhaust fan, ample cabinet/counter space, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
