We have a recently renovated large 2 bedroom apartment that is available immediately. The renovations include the following: a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, new windows and interior doors throughout the apartment and the entire apartment has been recently painted. The hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and both bedrooms have been refinished. The entire apartment has been professionally cleaned. Additionally, there is a new heating system in the building. Included in the rent are the heat and hot water. This a very quiet multi-unit building, the existing tenants in the building are all working professionals. All tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained while ensuring the exterior of the building is tidy and the curb appeal is strong. Smoking: This is a smoke free building, this includes the porches - smoking of any type is prohibited. Pets: Dog are not allowed, regardless of the breed or size. Pets: A maximum of 2 cats is allowed per apartment. There is a $50.00 per month per cat fee which is non-refundable. Parking: There is off-street parking for 2 cars at a cost of $50.00 per month / per car.
