This has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The neighbors are very quiet and have been here for many years. We are looking for tenants who will maintain the tranquility of our park. This mobile home has washer and dryer hook ups. We provide the stove, but the tenant needs their own refrigerator. It is total electric with central heat and air. This rental property is within walking distance to our office. This is a 12 month lease agreement. We are looking for 2 years of good rental history and 3 times the amount of rent in income. Pets under 25lbs at adulthood will be excepted with a limit of 2. The pet fee is $250 per animal. Our insurance prohibits aggressive breeds. We provide a dumpster location for garbage disposal. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
