Great location in the East End! This 2nd and 3rd story rental unit boasts 2 balconies with stunning sunset views of Portland's Back Cove only this side of Munjoy Hill can offer. Beautiful views of the city from your kitchen and double glass doors off the 3rd floor allow watching sunsets from bed. The open 3rd floor space is considered the 2nd bedroom, so there's no door, only stairs to go up to the 3rd floor from the kitchen. The 3rd floor is spacious as a bedroom and closet, but angled ceilings don't appeal to all. This is being offered as a fully furnished apartment and the bedroom furniture fits best as is. Everything seen in pictures stays. King bed on the 3rd floor, queen bed in the 2nd floor bedroom. Most furniture or kitchen items from West Elm, Crate and Barrell, Pottery Barn etc= quality. Asking for at least 6th month rental but can be flexible. This is for a FURNISHED apartment. Evening shows in pictures stays in the home. Looking for a 6 month lease, or longer. Electric bill should be put in your name but all other bills are paid by Landlord. Bill is usually less than $100 monthly. Landlord pays for the Spectrum Wi-Fi that is shared with the downstairs one bedroom tenant, but with separate logins. Landlord pays for water, which is plus since you have in kitchen laundry and a dishwasher. Heat comes on quickly and is hot, water pressure is good. Landlord also pays for oil heat bill (this is a major expense so the rent reflects this). Street parking only. No smoking in the house, however balconies on both floors are great for smoking. Small dogs okay if they are not a barking dog that will be set off by hearing people and dogs on the street.
