This unit is the first door in the atrium hallway, so you will not need to pass by other doors to get to the apartment. Extremely convenient entrance. There is a large window that gets plenty of sunlight during the morning hours. Owner pays water for the building, heating of the atrium, and electricity in the atrium. Tenant is responsible for all utilities in the apartment itself. There is a no smoking policy. There is no parking lot, all parking is on-street parking. Security Deposit and 1st months rent are due after the lease is signed and before the tenant will be allowed to move in.
