We are flexible on a short-term rental, but I am ideally looking for a renter for a 10-month lease starting on March 1st. It's the top unit in a 3-unit building around the corner from Adams Village (you can roll out of bed and be at Lucy's or Mollinari's) and it's only a 10 minute walk to the Ashmont T stop, and less than a 5 minute drive to 93 South. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, free street parking and the apartment comes fully furnished. First, last and security due at signing. 10- month lease from March 1, 2024- December 31, 2024. No smoking, no pets. The apartment is fully furnished. We are flexible to a short-term lease too.
