This studio is conveniently located right across the street from Cincinnati Children's Hospital and within minutes of the Cincinnati Zoo, Restaurants, and UC. Renter is responsible for Gas & Electric and Water. Rent Due the 1st of the month no later than the 5th day of the month. Late Fee - $100.00 after the 5th day of the month. First Months Rent & Security Deposit due at lease signing. Security Deposit to be returned at the end of lease period as long as nothing other than reasonable wear and tear is present during move out. We have an onsite facility manager available during business hours as well as an emergency after hours line.
