Available Immediately This one-floor apartment is located on the fourth floor of a secure renovated mill building with elevator access. The apt has a living room with a large outdoor balcony, dining area, two bedrooms, two full baths and more than ample closets. The master has a tub/shower and the second bedroom bath has a shower only. The kitchen is fully-applianced (frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal). Brand new carpeting in living room, dining room and both bedrooms. Up to two parking spaces(depending on tenancy-2nd space $50/mo) and an on-site laundry is also provided. Heat and air conditioning are provided by a water source heat pump where we supply and pay for a constant temperature heating and cooling loop and the resident pays for the electricity to operate the compressor. We supply and pay for hot and cold water. Cable and internet service is available from either Comcast or Thames Valley Communications. A full-time superintendent lives at the property, provides routine maintenance and repair and is available on a 24-hour basis for any extraordinary needs. Total move-in costs are an application fee of $30.00, first month's rent and one month's security deposit. We allow pets but there is an up front non refundable pet fee of $250.00 plus $50.00 of additional rent per month. We apologize for this pet policy but have learned from experience.
