To that end, we hope you'll make Sun Villas at 2203 South Ocean Blvd., North Myrtle Beach your home away from home. Our third floor, oceanfront condo is in North Myrtle Beach, an area characterized by less crowded beaches and a laid-back vibe. The private, oceanfront balcony is perfect for enjoying the sunrise and your morning coffee and for taking in the expansive picturesque beach day or night. The condo is fully furnished and has been appointed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV, a ceiling fan, and a closet and dresser for your storage needs. Your view of the ocean from this bedroom parallels that of the balcony and you can hear the waves through the wide sliding window. The second bedroom has twin beds, cable TV, a ceiling fan, and a closet and dresser. The window in this room boasts an unimpressive parking lot view . There are two full bathrooms in the condo; the master bath has a tub (great for children and babies) and a shower, and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your needs and includes an electric self-cleaning oven, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The condo has a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi for cell phone and computer use. Outside features include a newly renovated pool and outdoor shower, water hose at the beach entrance for cleaning off the sand and a beautiful private walkway to the beach. It's important to note that there is no elevator and that our HOA does not allow smoking on the grounds or in any of the units. Further the HOA stipulates that pets are not permitted. Linens and bath towels are provided, beach towels are not.
